The Oasis Project, an initiative under Bible Center Church, seeks to engage in impactful outreach activities that align with the church’s mission and community service. The Executive Administrator and Planning Coordinator will facilitate the effective operation of the administrative office and support both the Senior Leadership Team of Bible Center, with specific focus on the tasks assigned by the Executive Director of Oasis Project and the Executive Pastor of Bible Center Church.
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual. The ideal candidate will excel in office management, project coordination, fiscal support, and executive assistance, while also being proficient in using digital tools such as Asana and Google Suite. This role requires a collaborative spirit, as the Executive Administrator will provide both general office support and provide administrative support across programs.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office communications, including phone, email, and visitor reception
- Manage administrative operations including filing systems, correspondence, and office supply inventory
- Ensure smooth daily operations and administrative workflow
Project Planning Support
- Coordinate and execute program events, workshops, and community initiatives
- Assist in planning and implementing church and Oasis Projects special events
- Manage event logistics including venue coordination, materials preparation, and registration
- Work with staff and volunteers to ensure successful event execution
- Support the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives
Fiscal Support
- Manage purchasing processes and vendor relationships
- Conduct price comparisons and secure optimal pricing for program needs
- Process and organize financial documentation including receipts and invoices
- Maintain relationships with various vendors including office supplies, clothing, and workplace solutions
- Work with our fiscal department to support budget tracking and financial record-keeping
Executive Support
- Provide direct support to the Executive Director and Senior Leadership Team
- Manage complex calendar scheduling and meeting coordination
- Record, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes
- Use project management tools to track and advance organizational initiatives
- Support strategic planning and implementation of executive priorities
- Coordinate communication between leadership and various stakeholders

Job Title: Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Classification: Part-Time
Reports To: The Director of Development & Communications
Salary Range: $2470 – 2990 per month
Work Location: In-person and remote
Position Vision:
Bible Center Church (BCC) and its Community and Economic Development Division, The Oasis Project (TOP), seeks a part-time Digital Marketing and Communications Coordinator. The Digital Marketing and Communications Coordinator will share our vision “to make earth more like heaven,” using existing and emerging digital platforms to communicate that vision to our various audiences and actively engage our internal and external key audiences. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for significantly increasing awareness of BCC/TOP’s work and favorably positioning BCC/TOP in the community through a vibrant, engaging, and relevant digital presence. The coordinator will work with the other members of the Communications Team to develop and continuously refine an integrated digital marketing and communications strategy for BCC and TOP.
BCC/TOP’s key audiences include church members, program participants and partners, customers, the media, public officials, business and community leaders, and key influencers.
Job Requirements and Essential Functions
- Create, curate, post, and distribute digital content on social media, websites, and email marketing, and directly monitor, measure and report on the organization’s digital marketing and communications efforts
- Coordinate the marketing and communications team which consists of program personnel with marketing and communication responsibilities
- Manage BCC/TOP business listings on Google and other community resource websites
- Coordinate the design and drafting of print materials for the organization including quarterly and annual reports, flyers, menus, and other external documents, promotions, and publications
- Educate themselves about new and emerging social media platforms
- Facilitate design or redesign of BCC/TOP websites
- Offer support in other digital communications platforms (i.e., Text-In-Church, Square, etc.)
- Support the Director in setting the weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedule as directed and ensure protocols are followed
- Ensure the protocols and administrative functions of the Communications and Development department run efficiently
- Apply effective project management tools and techniques to ensure workflows and processes are efficient and streamlined
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Expertise in current social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and SMS
- Some experience in web development or web design with strong skills in Meta Business Suite, MailChimp or similar, Wix.com or other website editor, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Google Business Profile
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace/G-Suite products
- Experience and knowledge equivalent to that gained from a bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications, or equivalent work experience
- Professional writing and editing experience in marketing and reporting
- Must pass a background check and all required childcare clearances criteria and drug test
- Must have reliable transportation or access to get to work timely

- Understands and practices a balance of drive for results with internal staff deadlines to ensure work advances in a timely fashion
Job Title: Early Learning Center Classroom Aide
Classification: Part-time, Hourly, 20 hours per week
Reports To: Center Director
Payrate: $16/hr.
Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with young children
- Must pass all background checks and obtain necessary clearances
- Excellent and positive tone and verbal communication skills
- Patient and compassionate to young children's needs and emotions
- The ideal candidate will be flexible and creative
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with lunch and snack preparation
- Engage and encourage students to use their language skills; develop social skills and manners
- Engage with students' playtime and physical activities
- Engage with parents during pick-up or drop-off times in a professional manner
- Enforce school-wide safety procedures
- Supervise students in class, between classes, during lunch, and play periods
- Ensure space and learning materials are clean, sanitized, and orderly
- Collaborate with other teachers to implement an age-appropriate curriculum
- Prepare for lessons by gathering materials or setting up activities
- Lead children through activities that promote their academic, social, emotional, spiritual, and physical growth
- Follow all protocols for closing the facility
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Environment:
This job will require walking, standing, bending and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, at times.
