Title: Field2Fork Program Coordinator
Classification: Non-Manager, Part-Time, Seasonal
Reports To: Farm Manager
Salary: $20-23/ hour and mileage reimbursement
Timeframe: 30-35 hrs/week (includes Saturdays and some evenings)

OVERVIEW
The Field2Fork Program Coordinator supports Oasis Farm's summer youth leadership program, where young people ages 14-24 learn about health, the environment, and urban farming. We are seeking an experienced and collaborative team member who connects authentically with young people and thrives in youth-centered work. The Field2Fork Program Coordinator works closely with the Farm Manager to coordinate daily program operations, mentor youth participants, support farm activities, and engage with families.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Coordination (40%)
• Coordinate youth schedules and communication
• Handle daily logistics (meals, snacks, bus passes, materials, dismissal)
• Assist with field trip and activity planning (presenters, overnight trip)
• Track attendance and program documentation
• Track and organize supplies and materials
Farm Work with Youth (35%)
• Work alongside youth during farm activities (Wednesday - Friday mornings)
• Model positive work habits and safety practices
Family Engagement & Recruitment (15%)
• Assist with recruitment, interviews, and orientation
• Communicate regularly with families
• Address questions and concerns from families
Additional Responsibilities (10%)
• Participate in meetings and trainings
• Complete tasks and paperwork within deadlines
• Contribute as active member of Bible Center Church team
• Other duties based on experience and interest
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Experience & Skills (Required)
• 2-3 years experience in youth-centered programming with ages 14-24
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills across diverse groups
• Good judgment, receptiveness to feedback, and collaborative work style
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfort with physical outdoor work and willingness to learn farm tasks
• Personal device for work communication and tasks
• Background clearances (Federal, State, Child Abuse)
• Access to a personal vehicle is required
Physical Demands: Walking, standing, bending for extended periods, lifting/moving heavy items (50+ lbs) regularly, outdoor work in all weather conditions throughout the season.

OVERVIEW
Oasis Farm is seeking a Farm Hand for the 2026 growing season. Working closely with the Farm Manager and Farm Assistant, this role supports vegetable production, maintenance, and harvest operations while contributing to our community-centered mission. Training and mentorship provided, with opportunities to grow skills based on interest. This is an entry-level farm position focused on learning foundational skills through hands-on work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Farm Production & Maintenance (60%)
- Complete routine farm tasks, including: seedling care, transplanting, weeding, irrigation, landcare, pest management, and harvesting
- Help maintain farm tools, equipment, growing areas, and outdoor learning spaces
- Support post-harvest handling and market preparation
- Assist with community Farmers Markets (June - October), donations, and deliveries
Learning & Development (20%)
- Learn farm practices and proper techniques through hands-on work and guidance
- Ask questions and take direction from Farm Manager and Farm Assistant
- Build skills in vegetable production, landcare, proper tool use, and farm workplace safety
- Practice receptiveness to feedback and constructive coaching
Community Engagement & Programs (10%)
- Assist with youth and community programs (Field2Fork, summer camp, workshops, events)
- Work alongside volunteers during farm workdays and ongoing volunteer activities
- Assist with setup and cleanup for farm events and programs
- Build positive relationships with team mates, community members, volunteers, and partners
- Represent Oasis Farm with professionalism and respect

Starting Salary Range: $19- $20 per hour

- Immediately report delays, mechanical problems, and accidents
- Make deliveries as needed, based on programming needs

Job Title: After School Teacher
Classification: Non-Manager, Part-Time
Reports To: Program Director
Salary: $14-$18/hr
Key Qualifications:
- High motivation to provide quality out of school time programming
- Have the ability, desire, and passion to engage in mentoring and activities with school-aged youth
- Have the ability to employ positive behavior modification techniques
- Have the ability to obtain required clearances (PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal, FBI Fingerprint Results, National Sex Offender Registry and Mandated Reporter Training Certification)
- Have access to reliable transportation
- Have the ability to work 3pm to 6:30pm, Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with children and parents, cultivating an environment of collaboration and trust
- Assist with the supervision of children and actively engage with them
- Review, read and implement lesson plans which develop problem-solving and high-level thinking skills
